Baked Mix Crust Salmon and Tzatziki Salad

I kinda miss doing some baked stuff and so I decided to bake this salmon.

Started with the crust, which is a combination of some Asian cookie crumbs, finely grated Parmesan cheese, and finely chopped cilantro. I used a skinless salmon and lightly coated the fish with a little mayo and padded the crust all over it. And into the oven, it goes for about 10 mins high heat.

The salad was just cucumber, tomatoes, and cilantro, dressed with Greek yogurt, lime juice, little olive oil, salt, and pepper.

The plate is then finished with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
