Random pics

Before I left to New York, I had a few pictures taken, when I could. The first picture was a random of ingredients that I cooked with. On the left was a glazed carrot with mash potatoes. In the middle was a supposed fondant potato with mushroom and on the right is a bed of sauteed celery with a grilled chuck.

This is an orange sabayon dessert. Torched with sugar over the top
