Pork Belly

One of my most favorite cut of the pork...
This is slow roasted with salt, pepper, and crushed garlic. In the end, it is glazed with soy and honey. Taken in January 2013.

I have not been updating this blog for the longest time, simply because of 2 reasons. 1 is that I don't really have a good camera as my old one died a while back and have not come to get anything new. I am not too fond of using my phone's camera. 2 is that I have not found time and inspiration to cook much in the last 2 years or so. Not that I no longer love cooking but it is rather demotivating when time is a factor and money is running tight... unless somebody would like to contribute and make a request...
