Beef Mushroom Tortellini
The Filling was made with ground beef, diced mushrooms, chopped garlic, green onion, and eggs to combine. The cabbage was just simply with a simple lemon dressing. The sauce is made with tomato puree, coconut cream, toasted cumin, and garlic.
