Pork, Asparagus and Potatoes
The pork is marinated in soy, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, and then pan-grilled. The potatoes are parboiled and tossed in butter olive oil, and lemon juice, with salt and pepper. The asparagus is cooked in butter water and salt.
